Wellness Area

At Camping Essenza Alpina, we offer a panoramic wellness area overlooking the forest, carefully designed to ensure moments of pure relax. Let our sauna’s Master guide you in creating the most suitable sauna experience for your needs.

The wellness center follows the Nordic philosophy: in the wet area, the use of swimmingsuit is not allowed as synthetic fabric, in contact with high temperatures, releases toxic substances that would then be breathed in the sauna. Covering up is mandatory in common areas and passage areas.

Entry is reserved for those over 16 years old. Towels, bathrobes, and slippers are available for rent at the campsite reception.

Aufguss

At Camping Essenza Alpina, disconnect from the frantic pace with the Aufguss ritual. This purification and relaxation experience will envelop you in the scents of essences and the harmonious movements of the master.

Let yourself be enchanted by the aromatic dance, the fragrant steam, and the music. After the sauna, a cooling off in the shower or in the cold tub and a moment of relaxation will make you feel light, relaxed, and rejuvenated.

What the wellness center offers

On the first floor of the main building, our campsite’s wellness area offers you a refuge of pure well-being. Relax in the panoramic Finnish sauna at 90° or in the steam room at 50°, perfect for purifying the body and invigorating circulation. Afterwards, experience the cooling tub for a stimulating thermal shock and showers to eliminate sweat residues. Conclude your journey in the relaxation area and refresh yourself in our cozy herbal tea room. Every day, you can attend the Aufguss ritual, performed by professional sauna masters, both in the Finnish sauna and in the steam room. Move calmly between the scent of wood and the glass walls with a view of the forest, in an atmosphere where body and spirit find their balance.

Each treatment will offer you an experience of pure relaxation and regeneration, helping you release tension and find balance and serenity. Massage Area is accessible from Friday to Sunday, from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 20:00.

FIDELITY CARD

At the Camping Essenza Alpina wellness center, we have created subscription cards for 10 entries, with one entry free.

The card is valid for one year and is not nominative, so it can be shared with friends and family. The rental of towels, bathrobes, and slippers is not included. You can use it for other events by paying the price difference. This way, you can enjoy our wellness center at any time.
