The Essenza Alpina campsite offers a functional and cosy panoramic sauna area overlooking the forest, dedicated to your well-being. Each of the carefully designed rooms has been created to guarantee you moments of pure relaxation. Our infusion masters are on hand to help you find the sauna path that best suits your needs.
Our Wellness Centre follows the philosophy of Nordic tradition. Wearing swimwear is not permitted in the sauna rooms, as the high temperatures can tempt synthetic fabrics to release toxic substances that are then inhaled by sauna guests. In the common rooms and the transition areas between the individual rooms, it is compulsory to cover up. Towels, bathrobes and slippers are provided at the campsite reception before entering the wellness area. This allows you to fully concentrate on your relaxation. Please note that access to the sauna area is not permitted for persons under 16 years of age.
Towels, bathrobes and flip-flops can be hired for an additional charge at the campsite reception before entering the wellness area.
During the months of April and May, the wellness centre is open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays also to those not staying at the campsite.
The wellness centre is open from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Your entire stay at Camping Essenza Alpina is designed to give you the opportunity to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life through relaxation techniques. For this reason, our wellness centre offers its guests the infusion ritual.
The infusion is a purifying moment of relaxation and liberation: your feelings and thoughts are carried away by the harmonious movements of the master and the scents of the selected essences that float through the air. These essences are poured onto the fire in ice balls, the heat melts them and causes the fragrant steam to rise, which the master distributes in the sauna with choreographed movements and a towel – accompanied by soothing music. You will witness a true aromatic dance.
After leaving the sauna, the master recommends a refreshing shower or bath in cold water and a moment of relaxation to replenish the fluids lost through sweating. After this experience you will feel light, relaxed and refreshed.
On the first floor of our main building, our wellness area awaits you—a space that allows you to leave the everyday behind and enjoy valuable moments of well-being.
Here, you have various facilities at your disposal, including:
• A dry Finnish panoramic sauna at 90°C with 10-20% humidity, promoting overall well-being through sweating and stimulating blood circulation.
• A steam chamber at 50°C with 90-100% humidity, where the body detoxifies, and airways are soothed by inhaling moist, warm air.
• A cooling pool, essential for an optimal sauna experience, creating a heat shock that naturally stimulates the immune system.
• Four showers contributing to the removal of sweat residues from the body.
• A relaxation area where you can rest and unwind after sweating.
After the treatments, you can quench your thirst and refresh yourself in our cozy herbal tea room. In the Finnish sauna and steam bath, you can also witness the daily infusion ritual conducted by trained and professional sauna masters.
In this environment, you can move peacefully amidst fragrant wood and glass walls overlooking the forest. A precious atmosphere for deep breathing and relaxation of body and mind.
At the Essenza Alpina Camping Wellness Centre, we have created 10-entry subscription cards, one of which is free.
The fidelity card allows you to choose your preferred time slot.
The card is valid for one year and is not named, which means it can be shared with friends and family.
Rental of any towels, bathrobes and slippers is not included.
It can be used for other events and time slots by paying the difference in price.
This way you can use our wellness centre at any time.
